Apple juice concentrate: Polish vs. Chinese

In first quarter of 2008 China sold 210 thousand tons of apple juice concentrate - lower by 85 thousand tons in comparison with the same period of last year. European importers say that price is too high.

Average price of Chinese concentrate is 1750 USD/ton. Some processing plants which want to sell quickly decrease price to 1640 USD/ton. For the time being European importers prefer buying in Poland where supply of concentrate is high and price decreased.
