Prices of apples are still rising in Poland?

A company from around Sandomierz buys export apples at the following price:

- Golden Delicious apples in calibre 70+ - 0.19 EUR /kg

  price increase of 1,2 eurocents per kilogram

- Gala Must apples, calibre 65+ - 0,165 EUR/kg

- Gala apples (striped sports) in calibre 65+ - 0,26 EUR/kg

The company from Obrazow buys export apples at the following price:

- apples of different red varieties in calibre 70+ - 0,08 EUR/kg

- Golden Delicious apples in calibre 65+ - 0,20 EUR/kg

  price increase of 3,5 eurocents per kilogram

- Mutsu apples in calibre 70+ - 0,14 EUR/kg

- Gala striped sports in calibre 65+ - 0,28 EUR/kg

  price increase of 5 eurocents per kilogram

Prices of export apples in the vicinity of Sandomierz are slowly reaching the prices of other fruit-growing regions in Poland, although they are still much lower this season than in previous years.

Similarly to Mazovia, Lubelszczyzna or Łódzki Regions of Poland, the upward trend still persists, and most can be obtained for apples of the Gala variety (striped sports), which are purchased at a price of about 0,26 - 0,28 EUR per kilogram, and Gala Must at a price of 0,16 EUR/kg. Golden Delicious is purchased at 0,19- 0,20 EUR per kilogram, depending on size and quality.
