Increase in prices of cultivated mushrooms

Producers of cultivated mushrooms complained about difficulties in the export of mushrooms. Two weeks ago in Śląsk region purchase price of cultivated mushrooms intended for western markets was 1.29 EUR/kg.

Purchase price has slightly increased and now is 1.32 EUR/kg. In Podlasie region two weeks ago price of cultivated mushrooms intended for western markets was 1.17-1.23 EUR/kg and this week price is 1.23-1.26 EUR/kg. Prices of cultivated mushrooms intended for export to eastern markets increased from 1.11 to 1.23 EUR/kg.
