RIJK ZWAN - KNOX SALADS -

A new property of 10 lettuce varieties, among others Roman, Batawska, brittle, butter, Salanova® Crispy and Salanova® Butter, which delays the coloration of the leaves, after harvesting. This supports the process of optimizing the storage of goods, as processing companies do not have to use packaging with a reduced amount of oxygen. It also gives more possibilities to compose new salad mixtures. They also gain customers because they can store such lettuce for much longer.

During the conference Fresh Market, the Fresh Market Award will be granted for the product which according to the participants is the most innovative in the fruit/veg/flower industry.  This information will reach 300,000 people, over 1000 Polish companies and buyers from 40 retail chains. It is a great promotion with a measurable effect, as evidenced by the successes on the Polish market of Tomimaru Muchoo tomato, Soreli kiwis or Rick Zwaan Palermo peppers, which enjoy the palates of Poles buying from retail chains.
