Apples for processing but not for juice concentrate

The majority of processing plants don’t purchase apples for juice concentrate. However they buy apples for the production of purées and for roasting.

In małopolskie province price of apples for roasting (the diameter above 7 cm) delivered to the plant is 0.17 EUR/kg. In mazowieckie province the variety Antonówka for the production of purée is being bought at price 0.10 EUR/kg.
