Cucumbers – weather rules

Prices of greenhouse cucumbers increased. In May weather was not good and vegetation of cucumbers slowed down what resulted in decrease of cucumbers supply. Price was about 1,04 EUR/kg at the wholesale markets in central Poland.

Cucumbers in the west and south of Poland are slightly cheaper (0,89 EUR/kg) and they are delivered to Warsaw and Łódź from these destinations.
