Decline in prices of tomatoes

Observing the graph showing prices of tomatoes, both sizes B and BB, it is possible to notice the distinct downward trend in the last month, regularly disrupted with short cyclical rises.

On Friday, July 11th prices of tomatoes reached the lowest level in this season. Average price of tomatoes size B was 0.75 EUR/kg and tomatoes size BB 0.80 EUR/kg. The described trend corresponds to increase in supply of tomatoes on the Polish and European market, disruptions are connected probably with fluctuation of demand.
