Early soup vegetables and other vegetables

At the wholesale market in Bronisze early soup vegetables growing under protection (packed in bundles - 10 bunches each) are available at price 0.7 – 0.9 EUR/bunch. Price of early cabbages 0.8 – 1.2 kg in weight is 0.6 EUR/piece.

Heads of cabbages have outer leaves (for protection) and they are packed in wooden boxes (6 pieces each) or transported in bulk. Early domestic courgettes will appear next week.
