End of season for Polish sweet pepper

The season for Polish sweet pepper is almost finished. The harvest of red pepper will end in one week and the harvest of green one will last longer.  Imported sweet pepper have already appeared on the market. Price of domestic red and yellow pepper is 3.70-4.00 PLN (0.93-1.00 euro)/kg and price of green pepper is 2.40-2.60 PLN (0.60-0.65)/kg. Prices of pepper imported from Spain are following: 4.50 – 6.00 PLN (1.13-1.51 euro)/kg for red and yellow and 4.50-5.50 PLN (1.13-1.38 euro)/kg for green pepper.
