Environment-friendly attitude of Polish fruit growers

According to Polish Research Institute of Pomology and Floriculture environment-friendly attitude of Polish fruit growers increases. The method of the Integrated Fruit Production (IPO) is applied by over 1 thousand of fruit growers in different areas of Poland.

The method of IPO is applied mainly by producers of apples but for last years number of producers of dessert strawberries applying this method have been growing. Polish products from IPO production appear on the foreign markets, and for last years more and more supplies have been delivered to the British and Scandinavian markets.
