Exported apples went up

This week prices of exported apples have increased. In Mazowsze region price of Alwa variety (70 mm+) was 0.66 EUR/kg last week and current price is 0.71 EUR/kg.

Price of Gloster variety (70 mm+) increased from 0.64 EUR/kg to 0.66 EUR/kg, variety Jonagold increased from 0.70 EUR/kg to 0.72 EUR/kg. Purchase price of Idared (70 mm+) – the most popular variety for export to Eastern countries – increased from 0.67 EUR/kg to 0.71 EUR/kg. These prices do not include cost of packaging. Some exported companies stopped exporting as price is too high.
