Further decrease in prices of Iceberg lettuce

The demand for imported vegetables is decreasing what one can clearly see in the case of Iceberg lettuce. As a result prices of Iceberg lettuce, which were very high this season, decreased almost to “normal” level.

On Wednesday, April 21, on the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of Spanish Iceberg lettuce was only 30 PLN (7.75 €)/10 pcs. i.e. by 10 PLN (2.58 €) less week-on-week.
