Further increase in Chinese cabbage prices

On Monday, January  2, producer prices of Chines e cabbage in the south of Poland increased to 0.70 PLN (0.156 euro)/kg and even to 0.80 PLN (0.178 euro)/kg. In the center of Poland some companies buy Chinese cabbage at price 0.90 PLN (0.20 euro)/kg. Increase in prices of Chinese cabbage is a result of growing demand for product of good quality intended for export and the supply of such product is not very high. The selling, wholesale prices of Chinese cabbage is 1.10-1.20 PLN (0.24-0.27 euro)/kg.
