Good quality Chinese cabbage in demand

Only the Chinese cabbage of the best quality is in big demand and producers may require a higher price for such product. The quality requirements are strong, especially for cabbage intended for export.

The heads should be healthy, green and properly sized, usually between 800 and 1300 g. However some buyers sometimes look for Chinese cabbage weighing 500 g.

The price of good quality Chinese cabbage is even higher than 1.50 PLN (0.38 €)/kg (including packaging).
