Good year for frozen fruit production

In September 2008 medium and large enterprises (over 50 employees) produced 23.7 thousand t of frozen fruit i.e. by about 20 % more than in September 2007.

The biggest production of frozen fruit was in June in the period of harvests of berries fruit and amounted to 81 thousand t. In July the production of frozen fruit was also high and amounted to 80.3 thousand t. In August the production decreased to 35.1 thousand t.
