Great demand for cherries

Crop of cherries has lasted already for couple of weeks but supply of these fruit still does not meet the demand. Polish cherries are very popular abroad as well (among others in Russia).

First class cherries are requested for export and demand is much bigger than the possibilities of suppliers. Therefore on Friday, June 27th price of cherries of ‘Van’ variety reached the level of 2.68 EUR/kg.
