High demand for good quality leeks

A wholesale price of good quality leeks is 1.80-2.10 PLN (0.40-0.47 euro)/kg and the producer price is 1.00 PLN (0.22 euro)/kg.  The price of leeks for processing is 0.65 PLN (0.14 euro)/kg. The wholesale price of leeks imported from the Netherlands is 2.00-2.20 PLN (0.45-0.49 euro)/kg.
