High prices of Iceberg lettuce

Low supply of imported Iceberg lettuce results in high prices. On Tuesday, March 9, the wholesale price of Iceberg Lettuce was 55 - 58 PLN (14.17-14.95 €)/box 10 pcs. During this season prices of most vegetables are particularly high. High prices of Iceberg lettuce are a result of low supply of good quality product in Spain.
