High prices of strawberries for freezing

Prices of strawberries intended for freezing are growing. At the moment their price is 7.20-8.00 PLN (1.81-2.00 euro)/2 kg punnet, while last week it was 6.80-7.40 PLN (1.71-1.86 euro)/2 kg. Purchase prices are high due to poor last year crops and last year product is almost out-of-stock. Producers can expect further increase in price.
