Huge demand for white cabbage

After May holiday one can see the further increase in demand for white cabbage. The demand is huge and as a result prices of cabbage are growing due to decreasing supply of this vegetable.

On Tuesday, May 4 the producer price of good quality white cabbage from cold storage was 1.50 PLN (0.38 €)/kg. The minimum purchase price of cabbage was 1.00 PLN (0.25 €)/kg.
