Increase in prices of tomatoes

The prices of tomatoes are still rising. On Tuesday, October 7th prices of tomatoes of BB size reached the level of 6.38 – 6.67 EUR/box of 6 kg.

At the present there are less tomatoes on the market both domestic and imported. There are less imported tomatoes because in the export countries the demand is high and it is resulted in high level of prices.
