Lack of cauliflowers

In the entire Poland one can observe the lack of cauliflowers. There are regions where next harvest is expected only in August. It is difficult to collect wholesale quantities of this vegetable bigger than few pallets. Additionally size of cauliflowers is not satisfactory; there are a lot of small vegetables. As a result prices of cauliflowers are relatively high. On Tuesday, July 6, their wholesale price was 2.40-3.00 PLN (0.58-0.73 €)/pcs.
