Lack of tomatoes

Due to rainy and cold weather this week, the supply of tomatoes is lower again. Additionally bigger demand for Polish tomatoes from Russian recipients also influences the supply of tomatoes on domestic market. As a result prices of tomatoes increased.

On Thursday, September 30, price of B tomatoes was 18-20 PLN (4.51-5.01 euro)/6 kg and price of BB tomatoes was 22-23 PLN (5.51-5.76 euro)/6 kg. One can expect that at the begging of the next week price increase by 2 PLN/box.
