Low prices of tomatoes

Prices of greenhouse tomatoes again fell. Currently the supply of such tomatoes as well as field tomatoes is big and even though the demand for tomatoes is relatively high prices are decreasing.

On Thursday, August 19, the price was 1.83 PLN (0.46 €)/kg for B tomatoes and 2.00 PLN (0.51 €)/kg for BB tomatoes. Low price of field tomatoes (1.00-1.33 PLN (0.25-0.34 €)/kg) also influence prices of greenhouse tomatoes.
