Moscow: decrease in prices of imported fruit

Last week in Moscow market experts noted decrease in prices of many imported fruit. For example, at the begging of the week price of bananas from Ecuador fell from 28-32 rubles (0.67-0.77 euro) to 24-30 rubles (0.58-0.72 euro) per kg. At the end of the week due to bigger supply pomelo imported from Israel became cheaper. Price of this fruit decreased from 60-65 rubles (1.44-1.56 euro) to 55-60 rubles (1.32-1.44 euro) per kg. Price of peaches imported from Spain also went down: from 56-60 rubles (1.28-1.44 euro) to 50-56 rubles (1.34-1.46 euro) per kg.
