Moscow: falling prices of cucumbers

Last week in Moscow experts noted further decrease in price of cucumbers due to growing supply. Price of long cucumber imported from Spain fell from 70-80 rubles (1.79-2.05 euro) to 60-70 rubles (1.54-1.79 euro) per kg, price of medium-size cucumbers from Iran fell from 70-75 rubles (1.79-1.92 euro) to 60-65 rubles (1.54-1.67 euro) and price of short cucumbers imported from Turkey - from 105-110 rubles (2.69-2.82 euro) to 80-85 (2.05-2.18 euro). Price of domestic cucumbers decreased from 100-105 rubles (2.56-2.69 euro) to 90-100 rubles (2.31-2.56 euro) per kg.
