Moscow: lower prices of Chinese cabbage from Poland

Last weeks in Moscow wholesale market one could observe rising prices of Chinese cabbage imported from Poland due to lack of transport agreement between Poland and Russia. As a result supply of the product in Moscow was limited, however Polish exporters tried to deliver their goods to Moscow using Lithuanian and Byelorussian transport companies. Despite this problems prices of Polish cabbage decreased last week from 65-70 rubles (1.62-1,75 euro) to 55-60 rubles (1.37-1.50 euro) per kg. Finally agreement was achieved last week and at the end of the week price further fell to 50-55 rubles (1.25-1.37 euro) per kg.
