Moscow: prices of tomatoes

Upward trend in prices of tomatoes lasted last week on Moscow market due to insufficient supply of the product. Experts recorded a significant increase in price of red cherry tomatoes imported from Israel to 200-210 rubles (5.13-5.38 euro) per kg. The price of vine tomatoes from Israel rose from 75-80 rubles (1.92-2.05 euro) to 100-110 rubles (2.56-2.82 euro) per kg. However it was also noted decrease in price of Turkish tomato to 70-75
rubles (1.79-1.92 euro) per kilo.
