New facilities at NASZ SAD

September 10, 2010 marked a grand opening of new facilities at Fruit Producers Co-operative Group NASZ SAD, located in Pabierowice, about 50 km south of Warsaw.

The new two-story building houses packing lines, cold storage, packaging warehouse and production as well as new offices. The area of the building is 3600 m2, and thanks to using a two-story system, the usable area of the new facilities amounts to 6700 m2. Thus, the usable area of the company, located on a land area of 13 000 m2, has increased to 9200 m2. The modern packing house is equipped with four fully automatic packing lines delivered by an Italian company Longobardi GmbH. The lines have been designed to work with cardboard, wood and bags. One of the lines, called Optiline, automatically packs in cartons, using plastic layers.
