Oversupply of Chinese cabbage

Prices of Chinese cabbage are still falling due to huge supply of this vegetable. Oversupply is caused by low demand from Russian market as well as domestic retail chains. Weather is favourable for growth of vegetables and as a result crops of Chinese cabbage are high. At the end of the last week the producer price decreased to 0.60-0.70 PLN (0.15-0.17 euro)/kg.
