Poland: decrease in price of imported leeks

Prices of imported leeks even in the second decade of January remained high. The price of French or Belgian leeks was 4.00 – 5.00 PLN (0.98-1.23 euro)/kg.

But situation has changed the price of imported is lower now what is a result of their lower prices in exporting countries.

On Thursday, January 28th the wholesale price of imported leeks was 3.50 PLN (0.86 euro)/ kg.
