Poland: domestic iceberg lettuce already on the market

After Polish butterhead and curled lettuces, the domestic iceberg lettuces appeared on the market. So the season of imported iceberg lettuce is ending.

On Friday, May 15 on the wholesale market in Bronisze, the price of domestic iceberg lettuce was about 1.50 PLN (0.33 euro)/pcs.
