Poland: enough supply and stable prices of carrot

On the wholesale market the supply of carrot is sufficient. Prices of carrots are rather stable and depend only on the quality.

On Thursday, November 5, the prices of good quality washed carrots were from 0.50 PLN (0.12 euro)/kg. The maximum prices (0.70 – 0.80 PLN (0.16-0.19 euro)/kg) was noted for carrot mechanically cleaned. The purchase prices of carrots for processing are 0.20 – 0.26 PLN (0.05-0.06 euro)/kg.
