Poland: Gala already on the market

The apples of early autumn varieties are slowly appearing on the market. There are more and more Lobo but their price is not satisfactory for fruit growers.

On Monday, September 14 price of Lobo was from 0.50 PLN (0.12 euro)/kg (apples of 70 + size, without packages). The price of popular variety Gala was higher. On Monday it was from 0.90 PLN (0.21 euro)/kg to 1.40 PLN (0.33 euro)/kg depending on the area of Poland.
