Poland: growing demand for white and red cabbages

The demand for white and red cabbages is growing.

One expects also the bigger export of these vegetables at the beginning of the next year. It may result in price increase. So far price of red cabbage slightly increased and price of white cabbage remained stable.

On Wednesday, December 23, the price of red cabbage was from 0.50 (0.12 euro) up to 0.70 PLN (0.17 euro)/kg.

The price of white cabbage was 0.45 – 0.55 PLN (0.11-0.13 euro)/kg.
