Poland: high supply and low prices of Chinese cabbage

On the market there is very big supply of Chinese cabbage. On Tuesday, October 6, the purchase price of Chinese cabbage started already from 0.35 PLN (0.08 euro)/kg.

Although the supply is big, it is difficult to find high quality (suitable colour, weight 800 - 1300 g). Price of such good quality cabbage packed in cartons is 1.00 - 1.20 PLN (0.24-0.29 euro)/kg (including packaging and phytosanitary certificate).
