Poland: more and more of early Chinese cabbage

Although producers still have quite a lot of Chinese cabbage from last year’s crop, on the market there are more and more of early Chinese cabbage.

Its supply is growing very quickly and prices are decreasing. On Wednesday, May 13 the price of early Chinese cabbage was from 1.50 PLN (0.34 euro)/kg (including the package). At the moment the price of last year Chinese cabbage isn’t exceeding 2 PLN (0.45 euro)/kg.
