Poland: prices of cabbages

Situation on cabbages market is following: very cheap Chinese cabbage, stable prices of red cabbage and slowly rising prices of white cabbage.

 As we already mentioned, the purchase prices of Chinese cabbage have dropped even to 0.35 PLN (euro)/kg. The price of red cabbage is generally stable at the level 0.35 - 0.50 PLN (euro)/kg depending on quality and area of the country. As regards the white cabbage, its price increases but it is a very slow growth. On Wednesday, October 7 the prices of white cabbage ranged from 0.40 to 0.45 PLN (0.09-0.11 euro)/ kg.
