Poland : prices of cucumbers started growing

Bad weather also adversely affects the growth of cucumbers. The supply of these vegetables decreased on the market and it resulted in growing prices.

On Tuesday, June 2 the price of long cucumbers was from 2.00 to 2.50 PLN (0.45-0.59 euro)/kg an the price of short cucumbers was 2.40 – 3.00 PLN (0.54-0.67 euro)/kg.
