Poland: slight increase in tomatoes prices

An information from the end of last week about decrease in the supply of tomatoes was confirmed. There is less tomatoes on the market what resulted in their price increase.

However the growth is not very big. On Monday, August 10 price of tomatoes size B was 10 – 11 PLN (2.43-2.68 euro)/carton of 6 kg (by 1 – 2 PLN (0.24-0.49 euro)/carton more) an price of BB size tomatoes was 12 PLN (2.91 euro)/carton of 6 kg (by 1 PLN (0.24 euro)/carton more).
