Polish potatoes already on the market

The first domestic early potatoes appeared on the wholesale markets. So far their supply is very low, their prices are quite different depending on quality. Adverse weather conditions influence the quality of potatoes. In the south of Poland many areas are still under water. On Wednesday, June 2, the price of potatoes of better quality was 3.50 – 4.00 PLN (0.85-0.97 €)/kg. There were cheaper potatoes - 2.50 PLN (0.61 €)/kg, but their quality was very poor.
