Prices of domestic cucumbers

On Thursday, April 22, prices of long greenhouse cucumbers decreased. The lowest wholesale price of cucumbers was 3.50 PLN (0.90 €)/kg and the highest – 3.80 PLN (0.98 €)/kg. Prices of short cucumbers were more stable. The lowest price remained at 4.00 PLN (1.03 €)/kg. However the most often prices were 4.30 - 4.50 PLN (1.11-1.16 €)/kg. On the market there are more and more field cucumbers from plastic tunnels. On Thursday, prices of these cucumbers were 5.00 - 6.00 PLN (1.29-1.55 €)/kg.
