Prices of eggplants and sweet peppers in Moscow

Last week members of the vegetable market in Moscow reported a decrease in supply eggplant production from Holland and Belgium. In connection with the fact the price for this product has grown - from 90-92 (2,39-2,45 euros) to 105-107 rubles (2,79-2,84 euros) per kg.

Unexpected increases in the prices of pepper production in Holland and Belgium this week was recorded by participants of the market in the first half of the week . That was caused by temporary reduction in commodity supply. The price of pepper rose color from 100 (2,66 euros) to 105 rubles (2,79 EUR) per kg, red pepper - from 110 (2,92 euros) to 115 (3,06 euros), green pepper - from 90 (2,39 euros) to 110 rubles (2,92 EUR) per kg. However, by the end of the week prices decreased almost to previous levels.
