Prices of elderberries

In pomorskie province purchase of elderberries started. Elderberries is becoming more and more important raw material in fruit processing (are used as component of deep-frozen mixes and pharmaceutical products).

Purchase price of elderberries is about 0.33 - 0.36 EUR/kg. Last year purchase price at the beginning of the third decade of August was 0.38 EUR/kg and in the end of the month increased to 0.41 EUR/kg.
