Prices of peeled onion slightly decreased

The purchase prices of peeled onion in processing plants and cold stores slightly decreased this week.

According to traders it is a result of smaller demand for peeled onion from foreign recipients and the supplies of cheaper peeled onion from Ukraine. In podkarpackie and kujawsko-pomorskie provinces the purchase prices lowered to 0.18 - 0.184 euro/kg for onion delivered to the plants. The purchase prices of peeled onion probably will further decrease.
