Production costs of onions in 2008

The forecast of production costs of onions prepared by IAFE-NRI (ZEO-IERiGŻ-PIB) shows these costs will be at level of 0.15 – 0.17 EUR/kg (or 5 941 - 6 147 EUR/ha).

Production costs at level of 0.15 EUR/kg (or 5 941 EUR/ha) refer to plantations where crops will be higher than 40 t/ha and production costs at level of 0.17 EUR /kg (or 6 147 EUR /ha) refer to plantation where crops will be lower than 35 t/ha.
