Slight decrease in prices of domestic sweet peppers

There is less and less domestic sweet peppers on the market and their quality is worsening but a few warmer days caused that sweet peppers are ripening better.

It was resulted in price decrease. In mazowieckie province where is the biggest production of sweet peppers Friday price of red sweet peppers packed into cardboard boxes was 0.90 EUR/kg and price of green ones was 0.62 EUR/kg. However the supply of domestic sweet peppers is to low to meet the demand and in two weeks the Polish market will be probably dominated by the imported sweet peppers.
