Stable tomatoes prices

Last week it was expected further increase in tomatoes prices due to high demand and less favourable weather (cold nights).
Moreover producers hoped that import ban in Russia would be lifted finally. However prices remain stable. On Tuesday, June 28 tomatoes prices were following: 12-14 PLN (3.00-3.50 euro)/6 kg for size B, 14-16 PLN (3.50-4.00 euro)/6 kg for size BB and 16-18 PLN (4.00-4,50 euro)/6 kg for size BBB.
Many producers do not believe that export to Russia will recover quickly.
