Supply of aubergines still low

The weather is not very favourable for aubergines this season. As a result the supply of this vegetable is rather low. The trading companies are not able to collect bigger lot of aubergines and price is still high. On Monday, August 23 the price was 3.50 PLN (0.87 €)/kg in the east of Poland to 4.50 PLN (1.12 €)/kg in central part of the country.
