Supply of red cabbage still low

At the beginning of August the supply of white cabbage is slightly bigger. On the contrary the amount of red cabbage is still low and probably the situation will not improve quickly.  Prices of red cabbage remain high. On Tuesday, August 3, the minimum purchase price in trading companies was 1.10 PLN (0.27 €)/kg. The sales prices were from 1.50 PLN (0.37 €)/kg and reached 2.00 PLN (0.50 €)/kg.
